This quilt started as a panel. I added the borders and cornerstones and quilted random sets of curved lines kind of repeating the pattern in the background.
On the back I used a cream flannelette with black polka dots.
With some of the extra fabric, I made this little tote:
Also, using 5" squares, I made some soft blocks:
